This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Recreation Trail Professional Contractor Services. The City of Medicine Hat is seeking professional recreation trail building contractors for trail construction projects planned for 2021-2022. In 2018, the City completed a Trail Development Plan for the river valley area between Echo Dale Regional Park and Gas City Campground. The Trail Development Plan describes the proposed mountain bike-optimized multi-use trail network for the area. The City intends to construction all phases of the Trail Development Plan through 2022 and expects to issue several contracts for construction during this time.
