Harlow Phase 2 is the second phase of the overland flow protection strategy project. It is designed to protect the Harlow area from flooding from the South Saskatchewan River. The project will consist of tree removal, earthen berm installation, seepage control system, storm water management, asphalt trail adjustments and some concrete sidewalk installation. The project also includes the decommissioning of the Riverside Lift station and installation of a sanitary bypass line from 7th Ave SW to the Harlow lift station. |
