This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Southeast Alberta Economic Opportunity Strategy & Implementation Framework. 

The SE Alberta regional municipal partners include: 

  • City of Medicine Hat
  • Cypress County
  • County of Forty Mile 
  • Town of Bow Island
  • Town of Redcliff 
  • Village of Foremost

The Region invites and welcomes proposals for a five-year Regional Economic Opportunity Strategy and Implementation Plan.
