Remove and replace existing water main and sanitary main along both 5 Street SE between Maple Avenue and Allowance Avenue and Foundry Street SE between Oliver Avenue and Smelter Avenue SE.

Work includes water main, sanitary, and storm main replacements, associated service reconnections, roadway replacements and upgrades, and landscape rehabilitation.
