This proposal is to enter into a License Agreement with a Licensee to maintain and operate a City owned billboard sign on City land. The City of Medicine Hat is inviting bids for the lease of a large billboard sign located on Highway 1. This prime advertising location offers high visibility and significant traffic exposure. We are seeking a professional company to lease and manage this billboard.
