Description: 

The City of Medicine Hat’s (the “City”) People Services Department supports all City departments with employment, safety, and emergency management functions. The City has identified a need to develop a formal business continuity plan to support all departments in managing business continuity related risk. The initial step in this project is to generate a detailed and relevant business impact analysis (BIA) to support the development of a documented business continuity plan. An external consultant will be utilized to develop the BIA.
