The City is requesting proposals from proponents to provide land & economic development services as further described in the RFP. The City is looking to establish a long-term relationship with a successful third-party contractor, to operate on a performance-basis that ensures a mutually beneficial working relationship. The City is looking for the successful proponent to advance innovative and flexible solutions towards a measurable increase in economic growth, investment, and prosperity for the City.
