The City of Medicine Hat is seeking a proposals from a qualified and experienced proponent(s) who is able of supplying all material, equipment, products and labour for the development of the Town Centre site and pavement rehabilitation of the adjacent lanes and portions of 6th Avenue SE. This includes all demolition, removal and /or disposal of existing surface, features, foundations and deep utilities and construction of the Town Centre site and pavement rehabilitation of the adjacent lane and portions of 6th Avenue SE generally including earthworks, shallow and deep utility installations, irrigation, planters and landscaping, road modifications, line painting, paving stones, various concrete work and other work as further detailed, described or shown within the contract documents and on the drawings.
