The City of Medicine Hat is requesting quotations for the supply and delivery of Safety Supplies on an “as required” basis as listed in the Pricing Form. (Appendix C)

a. Quantities shown are estimates only*, based on the previous year’s usage and anticipated requirements during the term of this contract, and should not be construed as firm order quantities. These quantities will, however, be used in determining the bid price for the purpose of evaluations.
b. Products offered must be equal or equivalent to the brands noted. The City reserves the right to request samples of alternative brands offered. Substitutions will be considered if product is no longer available from the manufacturer. If supplier is unable to supply, the City can source alternate suppliers for the same
