The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify qualified firms (the “Proponent”) capable of providing Talent Acquisition and Executive Search Services to the City of Medicine Hat. These services will support the City in filling various vacant positions on an as-needed basis. A detailed description of the required services is provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
