Schedule 1 – Rink Slab and Dasherboard Replacement (Base Bid)

• Remove and dispose the existing concrete rink slab structure c/w refrigeration system imbedded in concrete and supply and install a new concrete rink slab structure c/w refrigeration system imbedded in concrete;
• Construct a return trench complete with removable cover system;
• Remove and dispose existing rink dasherboard system and supply and install a new dasherboard system includes the player benches and score keeper including electrical scope associate with rink;
• Install new exterior door and egress door in railing;
• Remove and replace infrared heater.

Schedule 2 – Accessible Washroom and Associated Scope (Option)

• Remove and dispose of existing mechanical room;
• Installation of a new barrier-free washroom;
• Install new Janitor room;

Schedule 3 – Change Room and Associated Scope (Option)

• Two existing change rooms are modified to create one gender neutral change room.

Schedule 4 – Low E Ceiling (Option)

• Remove and replace low emissive ceiling.
