The City of Medicine Hat is seeking proposals for multi-disciplinary professional services to complete a Supplemental Hazardous Materials Assessment for the former Medicine Hat Arena Building located at 155 Ash Avenue SE. The Assessment will be used to inform the City on the current status of the building related to hazardous materials, required legislated or regulated removal, disposal, abatement, or mitigation measures as it relates to demolition of the building, and a comprehensive inventory of requirements and costs to complete this work. This information will be used by the City to understand future costs, risks, and requirements related to demolition, to be completed by a qualified contractor either by the City or a potential purchaser. |
