The City of Medicine Hat has identified the need to procure and implement a local government digital platform to provide the City with capabilities to assist them in driving citizen-facing services to digital channels. These capabilities include a consolidated citizen portal, a mobile channel for citizen interaction and work order request management, or a modern content management system to restructure and redesign the information on their website. The requirements of the project are further described in the Terms of Reference document. |
