The City of Medicine Hat Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified and experienced company to supply and plant various tree species as outlined in Part A and supply various tree species as outlined in Part B of this RFP. 

Suppliers may submit bids for all or sections of Part A and/or Part B, or for the entire requested tree supply over a three-year period. It is the company’s responsibility to specify their proposal in the bid submission.

1. Part A: Supply and plant 2" (50mm) caliper ball-and-burlap trees, totaling 2,355 trees over a three-year period, as part of the city's urban forestry enhancement initiative.
2. Part B: Provide #5 container trees for the Student Tree Giveaway Program, which distributes trees to Grade 5 and 6 students city wide to promote environmental awareness and support urban forestry education.
