The City of Medicine Hat is requesting quotations for the supply and delivery of Tools and Miscellaneous Hardware on an “as required” basis as per the Price Schedule attached.

a. Quantities shown are estimates only*, based on the previous year’s usage and anticipated requirements during the term of this contract, and should not be construed as firm order quantities. These quantities will however, be used in determining the bid price for the purpose of evaluations.
b. Products offered must be “equal to” or “better than” the brands noted. Container size listed is preferred. The City reserves the right to request samples of alternative brands offered and shall be the sole judge in determining if a product is equal.
