The objective of the project is to provide professional engineering and design services, which shall cover the RFQ and tender documentation, evaluation and recommendations, and construction management and supervision while meeting all the requirements under the Transport Canada Airports Capital Assistance Program and as approved by the City. The details of the required services are further described in the attached Term of Reference and Drawings documents |
