This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Weed Control, Snow/Ice Removal & Clean up Properties, as further described in Appendix D (RFQ Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).
 

The City is seeking experienced and qualified contractors with proven ability to perform Property Cleanup Services including snow/ice removal for a wide variety of small to large-scale private properties at various locations within the City on an “as and when” required basis.
 

The Goods and Services include without limitation the supply and delivery of material, the provision of skilled labour, and equipment to provide the Goods and perform the Services and other requirements of this RFQ.
